Ceramic chips are the gaming chips that are the hardest to make but that, at the same time, are the most popular with casinos, gamblers and collectors. We offer a genuine, patented ceramic chip of the highest international casino quality, with a structured surface. Best of all, you get to design the chips yourself! Each chip is 39.4 mm in diameter and weighs 10,5 gr., which is the international casino standard for this type of chip. The print is very clear, with dominant colours and text, and the chips are also highly durable against wear and tear. In fact, these chips are widely considered as being the best on the market today. No high quantities are neccessary; we accept orders for 500 chips and upwards, and we promise speedy production and delivery!

| Design your own ceramic chips |
| We suggest making the artwork with Adobe Illustrator (ai), or Adobe Photoshop (jpg). Vectorised images in CMYK colours are prefered, but not a requirement. The high-resolution images should be no less than 300 dpi. The natural size of the print-ready artwork is 39.6 mm for the front- and back design, and 124 x 3.3 mm for the edge.

| Design your own ceramic chips with aligned edges |
| When the front design of a gaming chip travels straight down the edge and continues onto the back, the chip is said to have an aligned edge. Aligned edges offer greater design possibilities since it allows you to create wrap-around spokes and colour combinations. Not only can aligned edges make the end product look more appealing, it can also make each chip denomination more easily recognizable. This could be important in any gaming operation in which security is of great concern.

The price per chip with an aligned edge is SEK 10,60 (SEK 8,50 excluding VAT). This includes all setup and production costs. The only thing that will be added is the cost of shipping from our warehouse in Borås, Sweden. Please note that all orders are to be paid for in advance, before any production will begin. Minimum order quantity is 500 chips in total.

| Should you choose not to create your own design for the edges you may pick any of the standard designs below, or you can ask us to design them for you. We will make sure the edges go perfectly with your artwork, a service that will be provided at no cost to you. |

| Extra large ceramic chips |
 | You can also have your own design on extra large ceramic chips. The diameter is 43 mm, the thickness is 3.3 mm and the weight is 10.5 grams. Minimum quantity is 200 chips with at least 25 chips in each individual design. The price per chip is
SEK 9:20 (SEK 7,36 exclusive of VAT). The price per chip with aligned edge is
SEK 12,25 (SEK 9,80 exclusive of VAT). |
| Copyright and design protection |
| We will protect your chip design and will not allow anyone else to use it. Neither will we allow any design that violates international copyright and design protection laws. Your design must be unique and not plagiarize existing chips, company names, brand names, or logotypes, etc.. Since we are sometimes unable to investigate the origin of a design the responsibility for this ultimately rests with the buyer. |

| Casino-quality chips with your choice of weight between 10,5 - 15 gr., and with your own design. Not surprisingly you will get the very best price by ordering large amounts of chips. The minimum order requirement is 30,000 chips with at least 10,000 chips in each denomination/design. The exact price is determined by your choice of chip, weight, and quantity. The standard production and delivery time is 7-9 weeks from date of payment. Please contact us for further information. |
| We print our own chips, using hot stamping in gold foil. This is the same type of printing you will find in the majority of Scandinavian restaurant casinos. For the time being we have chosen to print exclusively on the chip Royal Suited CR08 (see picture above), offering the denominations 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 5000 in the colours of your choice at
SEK 3:50 per chip (SEK 2:80 excluding VAT). |
| Please note: Due to the high demand for this product we kindly ask that you allow for an approximate production time of 14 days. Any eventual production of personalized printing blocks adds around 10 working days. We are of course working as fast as we can, and we guarantee that we print every order in the turn received - regardless of quantity. |
| We can more or less print any denominations (numbers/values) on any colour you want. Also, we can print names, texts and logos provided they are not too rich in detail. However, please note the following: |
| 1.
As a rule, the minimum quantity for each customized printing is 300 chips. This is to do with the start-up cost of the printing machine. There are, however, some exceptions to this, so please fell free to contact us regarding the quantity. We will honour most requests provided the arrangement is practicable. |
| 2.
We need to make a printing block for all new designs (texts, logos, symbols, and numbers other than those we already have). The cost for making each such printing block, or tool, is SEK 1.250 (SEK 1.000 exclusive of VAT). This is a one-time charge only, and the tool will subsequently be your property and can not be used by anyone else. |
| 3.
Logos turn out best if only outlines are used. The print is in one colour (gold foil), and for the best result one should try to avoid big filled-in spaces, as well as overly detailed images. The simpler and clearer the image, the better the result. |
| 4.
The process of making a printing block, or printing tool, for your design requires 10 working days. After this time you must allow for the time it takes to print the chips, which currently takes some 14 days (although we are hard at work trying to reduce this printing time). Each chip is individually printed by hand, and the time needed for printing is of course dependant on the quantity of chips reguested, and if you wish to have both sides of the chip printed, or just the one. (All prices on this page are based on double-sided printing, which is SEK 1.50 per chip. For one-sided printing the cost is SEK 0.75 per chip. All prices include VAT). |

There are no regulations governing what denominations and colours to use. Whatever your choice of denominations, try to select colours that differ from each other as much as possible.
