Are all prices inclusive of VAT (moms)?
Yes, with the excpetion of our Norwegian pages all prices include VAT (value added tax) since as a norm VAT is included on all orders to customers living within the EU. For shipments outside the EU there will be a 20% deduction on all prices as VAT can not be added on export orders, meaning orders that go outside the EU. This may also apply to corporations within the EU if specifically requested, and if supplying us with a valid VAT number.

How do I place an order ?
The easiest way to do so is to use our order form. Due to the current work-load we sometimes have difficulties answering the phone, even though we naturally try our best. However, the advantage of using the order form is that you will get a confirmation that your order has been received. This confirmation is not sent automatically but is written in person by the staff member who reads your e-mail and who takes care of your order. For related information kindly visit our shipping information page.

I have received an invoice from you. Skall I pay it?
No, the invoice sent to you is merely your receipt. It also includes the package id number of your shipment, for your reference.

How do I pay with Visa, MasterCard or EuroCard?
To pay by credtit card, simply use the order form. The information given is confidential and will not be transfered anywhere by e-mail; it goes directly to a secured server. The receipt for your card transaction will be included with your invoice, both of which will be mailed to you on the same day your order leaves our warehouse.

Can you e-mail me the package id number of my order?
Usually not. Instead the package id number is included on the invoice we send to you by regular mail. Both the invoice (which is your receipt and subsequently should not be be paid by you again) and the package id number is mailed to you the very same day your goods leave our warehouse.

How long will it take before I get my order?
At present the orders are being shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 working days after the order is received. The exception is national holidays and the month of July which is Sweden´s industrial holiday, during which delivery times can be slightly longer. After we have sent out your shipment, PNL and your local postal service or distributor requires 3-4 working days to get the package/packages to you. This is provided you reside within Scandinavia, the UK, or continental Europe. For orders to other continents please make allowance for up to 7 days in actual shipping. (It usually does not take that long, but it might).

Delivery times for merchandise with tour own print or made to your own design (chips, playing cards, layouts, tables) is mostly to do with what quantity is ordered, and we subsequently determine the delivery time of such orders individually.

What does the term casino quality mean?

For a product being labeled as being of casino quality the following criteria must be met: 1. The quality of the product has to be controlled and monitored, starting in the production phase. 2. Extensive statistical inspection procedures to ensure the highest quality must be undertaken regularly. 3. Continous follow-ups must be conducted to ensure and maintain the product´s performance and quality. 4. The product must be thoroughly performance tested in a casino environment to meet the demands of all of its casino applications. 5. The product must be able to satisfy the need and demands of casino and gaming operators in terms of maximum table productivity and adjusted product development.

Normally a product of casino quality can be personalized or customized to meet the demands of different game play styles and marketing activities. In short, a product of casino quality enjoys a documented solid performance record and a guaranteed top quality.

What about clay chips ?

There are precious few manufacturers left today who actually make genuine clay chips. The few who do offer their chips at rather high cost, around SEK 10-15 per piece or more. Almost all of today´s professional casino and poker chips are made from various kinds of composite materials (the exact recipies being kept a secret by each manufacturer), some of which display a surprising likeness to the old clay chips and are, as a consequence, often being marketed as the real thing. Truth be told, some composite materials are so similar to clay that it is hard to tell the difference. These days, therefore, it is rather less important to search for "genuine" clay chips than it is to find true high quality chips - regardless of what they are actually made from.

A guideline that many manufacturers (but not all distributors) use is this:
All Clay = genuine old-fashioned clay chips without any added materials whatsoever. Usually weighs between 7 and 8 grams.
Clay = contains clay, but other materials as well.
Clay Composite = various kinds of clay surrogates.

As already mentioned, traditional clay chips weigh around 7 - 8 grams. They are brittle and can easily crack or split if dropped on the floor, for instance. Since poker players have come to favour heavy chips there are no other solution but to use traditional clay, or clay surrogate, and add some sort of metal or coin inlay to increase weight. A protective composite material hull serves the same purpose while at the same time protecting the clay from cracking. Another method is to grind down lead or iron into the clay mass to gain weight. To find out whether a chip contains lead or iron simply break the chip apart and put a lighter to the fracture. Lead particles will quickly melt and iron particles or filings will sparkle.

Please consider, however, that clay itself is no guarantee of quality or good workmanship. Also, what you like about a chip in terms of feel and sound is very personal, and it is therefore important that you choose a chip that you like personally. You are, after all, the one who will be playing with them.

Other than this, all we can say about the ongoing twaddle about clay is, please remember the words of Clint Eastwood: "Opinions are like assholes - everybody´s got one!"

What about the weight of the chips?
The international casino standard weight for gaming chips is 10-12 grams. As interest in poker has increased there has developed a demand for heavier chips in this particular gaming segment. There is, however, no improvement in the quality of the chips or in the game of poker itself that has anything to do with heavier chips. It is more or less a fad to use, for instance, 13.5 grams chips rather than 10 grams or 11,5 grams chips. Again, the weight is no true measure of quality. Take the old clay chips for instance, that used to weigh as little as 8 grams without being any worse for it in terms of actual quality.

How do I take care of my poker cloth?
A table cloth made from wool is often easy to handle and maintain. Use a special brush to clean the surface of the cloth as needed. Stains can be removed with a damp dishcloth. Add a speck of fluid detergent if need be. Table cloth containing microfibres (and that usually also contains wool) are kept clean the same way. Sometimes a cloth made from microfibres will get creased. To remove them, place the cloth with its underside up. Place a towel on the underside and apply an iron at low temperature to smoothen tyhe creases. If need be, slowly and carefully increase the heat of the iron.
By using a so called undercloth between the surface of the table top and the actual gaming cloth you will substantially prolong the life expectansy of your poker cloth. In addition it will give you a smoother and nicer surface to play on. The thickness of your undercloth should be between 3-6 mm.
